The design is printed on both sides of the mug using a heat transfer process that turns the inks on a specialized paper into gas, infusing it deeply into the ceramic surface.
The process is done totally by hand. It ensures that the design cannot chip or wear away from the mug like vinyl or hand-painted mugs.
